1. The presenters of accepted manuscripts for oral presentation will prepare their Power Point presentation in formal readable formats (font, font size).
  2. Email the pdf copy of the Power Point presentation to on or before December 7, 2022.
Format of Content:
      The contents of the presentation shall include the following:
  • Title
  • Author(s) and Affiliation
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • Recommendations
  • Reference (major references only, APA style)
  • Acknowledgment (if any)
Parallel Sessions:
  1. Parallel sessions shall start on time, as scheduled.
  2. If the first presenter is not around for the first presentation, the next in line will present, and the late presenter will take the last slot.
  3. Presenters are given a maximum of 15 minutes to present their paper.
  4. Each oral presenter must wear business attire during the presentation.
  5. Two facilitators are assigned for each session: Facilitator 1 shall be assigned to facilitate the flow of the proceedings; Facilitator 2 shall serve as time keeper, using Flash Card.
  6. After every presentation, 5 minutes will be allocated for inquiries/comments coming from the participants and Panel of Evaluators of the parallel session.
  7. For online presentation, presenters shall submit a 10-minute recorded presentation on or before December 7, 2022. Presenters shall make themselves available after the presentation to address inquiries or comments.
  8. Presenters shall dispose themselves to answer questions direct to the point.
  9. After all presentations, the Facilitators shall present the Certificate of Appreciation to each Presenter of the session.
  10. The participants will receive their Certificate of Participation later – c/o respective Deans.
